      Ah, indeed, GP! I must tell you that during the Battle of Gettysburg there were many troops crossing that bridge. I am sure many horses did as well! Cher xo

    I have investigated Sach’s Bridge many times and the house right next to it that served as a hospital during the Civil War….lots of activity as well as being a beautiful structure.
