Perfect Bird’s-Eye View!

Seagulls at Lake Michigan

I am not exactly certain what this derelict structure was at one time; however, one only need to see what it has now become:  “Seagull Central”!

I suppose flying over Lake Michigan can become rather monotonous at times.  And look, there’s room for everyone!  The water is very clear, isn’t it?  While sailboats seamlessly glide out on the horizon, this colony of fowl weathered friends seem rather content to perch and ponder.  Pssssttt……..Has anyone bothered to tell these sea-faring creatures they are gathering on one of the Great Lakes, and not an ocean?  I won’t tell if you don’t.  We wouldn’t want to unnecessarily ruffle any feathers now, would we?

Think of these glacier created beauties as inland seas. 🙂

Ah, thank you so much! They do seem to hang out there quite often! Although I must say I noticed a mallard duck there too! Good for all feathered creatures! Cher xo

Maybe we can train them to deposit their gifts on the cars of the people we “care” about the most?
