Beautiful!!!
I think so too, Luisa! Thank you! Cher xoxoxo
You’re most welcome 💐
Beautiful!
It really is, isn’t it? Thank you, dear Holly! Cher xoxoxo
It’s amazing xoxoxo
Wow, such a beautiful church! It looks like many of the big churches in the UK that I’ve seen online. ❤️😊🇬🇧🇺🇸
It is such a gorgeous structure, isn’t it, John? Oh, does it? Are there any styles like this in Michigan that you recall? Thank you, John! Cher xoxoxo
I’ve not seen a church like this in Michigan but there probably is something similar. I follow several people in the UK both here and on Instagram. And in Australia too. 🇬🇧🇦🇺🇨🇦🇺🇸 We are the English!
Yes, I’m sure there probably is something similar, John. Indeed, my friend! Cher xoxoxo
The workmanship alone is awesome inspiring. Bit boggles my mind.
I agree, Joseph! Every little piece of this building is incredible, and together it is a mind boggler, isn’t it? Thank you, my friend! Cher xoxoxo
The classic art is outstanding! I’m
Not in favor of ornate churches. The money could have been better used to ______. (You fill in the blank). But it long since done and I sure to appreciate the beautify also!
I am usually not a fan of extremely ornate buildings in general, and prefer the ‘clean lines’ of architecture. However, I think for the time period it was a great style and it really is a beautiful building with the stained glass, etc.
Thank you, my friend! Cher xoxoxo
I prefer “🎼the Little Brown Church in the Vale”
I visited some of the beautiful cathedrals in Europe – same. I appreciate the art firm and beauty, but feel it’s not the best use of limited resources .
I hear you! Cher xoxoxo
What a beautiful place, Cher. And so lit up. It looks stunning. I’d hate to have to clean that place. Can you imagine cleaning those lights? I also noticed the person in your first photo. Looks like they have nodded off, but I was wondering if perhaps they were homeless and had come inside to get warm.
Yes, thank you, Hugh and I feel the same way! LOL Oh, no thank you, especially those lights! LOL Whoever cleans this beautiful building is/are very special because it was spotless.
Yes, you are right, Hugh. This is precisely what I saw in the church that day. There were a few other people at the back of the church who I believe were also homeless and looking to get warm. It struck me as so incredibly sad to see the person with their one crutch sticking up while they tried to sleep. I felt they were in the right place to be safe, though.
Thank you, Hugh!
