Oh how I wish I had a Tim Hortons coffee! Alas, my favorite Canadian coffee is still not available in Chicago. Nonetheless, apparently today is, “National Coffee Day” here in the US. I thought I’d post a silly cartoon of yours truly diving into a pool of my favorite beverage!

Sorry about the Timmies, I did a Google Earth search combined with the Tim Horton website store locater. The nearest one to you seems to be in Kalamazoo, MI. Bummer. I’d go to one here in Vegas but of course there are none, we are 2000+ miles from the nearest store. We had one right in the podunk town we lived in in Michigan… The drivethru was always jammed up, right out onto the main road sometimes. Gotta brew your own I guess. Kurig anyone?

Well it’s Wednesday over here already… And I spent Tuesday on a plane with no real access to coffee. So I will brew a pot of Sumatra and join my caffeinated counterparts in the West where it is still Tuesday for a while.
