Blogiversary: The Chicago Files is Seven Today!

I can hardly believe it, but the fine folks at WordPress have reminded me that today is my “Seventh Year Blogiversary!”

I remember writing my first post and thinking, wow, what if nobody reads it? What if no one cares to read about a Canadian perspective living in Chicago? Perhaps sunrise photos over Lake Michigan aren’t that interesting?

Well, here I am seven years later with huge gratitude to YOU, my awesome readers. Some of you have been with me the entire time, others have joined me along the way, and some are new to my blog.

I want to thank each and every one of you who stops by The Chicago Files. It means so much to me, and I am so grateful for you!

Thank you beyond words! I really appreciate YOU!
