Worded Wednesday: Sunrise, Lake Michigan – Painting in the Sky

For the first time in the history of The Chicago Files, I have created a “Worded Wednesday” instead of the usual “Wordless Wednesday.”

I felt I just had to comment on this photo, and if it were the regular Wordless Wednesday, why, it just wouldn’t be right, would it? LOL

So, I took this photo a couple of days ago. I was absolutely blown away by the picture-perfect scene I was greeted with.

That was until it became even better! Suddenly, a series of Canada Geese flew into ‘the frame,’ as it were.

I snapped away and got several photos with more than one Canada goose in the midst. However, this one was my favorite.

I have taken what has probably been hundreds (maybe more?) of photos since the beginning of creating my blog back in 2014.

I feel this is the best photo (thus far) that I have taken. It was one of those magical moments where everything aligned perfectly.

So, Worded Wednesday it is! I hope you enjoy the photo as much as I do in sharing it with you!
