Tuesday’s Sunrise: Color Explosion

Today is my 900th post on The Chicago Files! I appreciate the fact that today’s sunrise has to be my favorite in a long while! I haven’t seen a sky like this for at least a year (if not more).  The colors literally burst onto the ‘scene’ this morning. It is rare for the clouds, sun, and Lake Michigan to all collaborate into producing this kind of colorful sky.  Well, let’s face it, the sky painter must be signalling that Spring is soon on its way here in Chicago.

So thank you, sky painter (a.k.a. Mother Nature) for providing me with this stunning sunrise for a ‘milestone’ post!

I hope you have a day bursting with color!
