    Did you measure it yourself, to see if its 45 feet tall? It could be 44 feet, 11 inches. You never know.

    Wow! That’s an impressive tree, Cher. Did you spot any gifts with my name on under it? I’m positive that’s what Santa said to me when I asked him where my gift was being left.
