Hi! Great post. Did you know that the tommy gun was once known as the “Chicago typewriter”? It’s just one of those little trivia things that I remember from growing up in Chicago. 🙂

Wow! Memories of grade 9 typing class, but we had them thar lectric ones! The ribbons were a nightmare, black everywhere! Remember carbon paper & Britannica & the Telex machines! Those were simpler times , my dear!
