Public Art: Infinite Possibilities

I just love finding unique and unexpected ‘things’! I was in Skokie, Illinois recently (just outside of Chicago) when I came upon this interesting sculpture.  It was located outside of an office building! Go figure!

It’s interesting to see the reflection of the figure; it’s not a mirrored image from where I was standing.  Can you see the arms reaching out in the window, whereas the sculpture itself appears to be diving downward to catch the unfinished circle below?

Infinite possibilities.  🙂

What a delightful creation, that it changes dependent from where it is perceived.

I think so too, Erika! Thank you! I always seem to stumble upon these things! Or it could be that Chicago has a lot of public art; yes, that must be it! LOL Cher xo
