Lake Michigan Sunrise: A Strikeout Sun

When I took this photo this morning I immediately noticed the thin cloud that seemed to create a ‘strikeout’ appearance directly over the sun.  I’m wondering, does that mean, ‘no sun here’?  Clearly someone missed the ‘mark’, because there it is, in all its glory! *LOL*
