I thought I’d start the week off with a splash (very bad pun, yes)! The waves of Lake Michigan were whipping up a storm recently. I took a number of photos, all the while dodging the spray! There are a few walkway levels; the one I normally take was covered in wave-action, so I had to step carefully! It is quite unusual for the water to splash onto the walkway, which means a prefect opportunity for some interesting photos!
You can see downtown Chicago in the background, with the John Hancock building looming large on the left-hand side.
I hope your week is filled with fun, splashy moments!
This is so beautiful! You make me, even more, looking forward to the Blogger Bash, Cher!

Oh, Cher…now I want to be by the choppy waves and smell the delicious scent of the water. Beautiful shots.

Why thank you my fellow Chicagoan! The only ‘bad’ thing that day was the usual lovely blue water was brown due to the sand being tossed around. Next time Lake Michigan decides to kick it up a notch, I promise to take more pics!! I love how you describe the water! Cher xo
