The Friday File: Skyscape from 32,000 feet!

Sky from plane May 31 2016

Well here’s an interesting scene from my usual sunrise and cloud photos!  This particular picture is brought to you from 32,000 feet over parts unknown!  I snapped this photo coming back from California a few days ago.  I thought it looked interesting with the puffy, structured clouds off in the distance.  They appeared to be some sort of “cloud village” set on top of, well, nothing!

More photos from California soon!  Here’s to floating into the weekend with delight!

It’s funny you never tire of looking at clouds from an airplane. It is almost hypnotizing.

I often have the feeling that it would be lovely to step out of the aircraft, onto the clouds and float above the earth. However, science tells me I would instead have a quick trip to earth and thence to the Summerlands or whatever. Lovely photo, Cher! xx

Oh yes, I love to look down and watch our beautiful planet from above. I only enjoy that for some years. I was completely afraid of flying. Also such pictures remind me of the feeling I get when flying towards my second home. Hugs 😊
