Oh wow, this is not too far from my home. I live about 15 miles due east of here. (BTW the whole area is about the former days as lemons & orange groves. Hence Citrus College.)

Hi MK! Oh is it? Well if I had known I would have waved “hello, MK!” *LOL* Ah, that’s why the “Citrus” name! I was wondering about that. Thank you for telling me! I sure wish it was still filled with lemons and orange groves!! Cher xo

In my particular town we have the annual Lemon Festival. And, the annual Rose Bowl Parade starts on Orange Grove Boulevard. And there’s a county called Orange County and a city called City of Orange. We Californians are an inspired people!
There are lemon and orange trees in nearly every yard around here. My yard has 3 orange trees, 2 lemon trees and 2 grapefruit trees (as well as mango, persimmon, avocado, pomegranate, peach, plum and walnut). If only I could convince the squirrels to go eat elsewhere. Oh, that sounds ungenerous now that I’ve said it out loud!

*LOL* Oh MK, how I would love to have even one tree! Wow, it must be incredible to have such bounty all around you! And I understand that those squirrels can be pesky! It doesn’t sound ungenerous!! *LOL* Cher xo
