Muted Morning Sunrise

Sunrise Lake Michigan April 1, 2015

I don’t know about you, but this sunrise seems rather muted in tones.  It appeared as if the, ‘sky painter’ had placed a slightly opaque finish on the natural artwork this morning.  However, I like it.  It felt serene and gentle.  Quite a simplistic start to the first day of April.

Have a lovely Wednesday!

Thanks, Teri! Yes, it seemed really muted to me, but perhaps that’s because it’s going to be quite warm here today! Might get up to 70!! Cher xo

Thank you, Mo! It was such a ‘different’ looking sunrise from what I usually see. Everything was muted, but I liked it!! Cher xo

Great catch! It has a pastel look too. My friend in Michigan emailed this morning, said they may get to 70 up there too, near Michigan’s Thumb region where I used to live. I sure hope so. Fingers and toes crossed!

Thank you, John! Yes, it does have a pastel look to it, doesn’t it? Well I ditched the jacket today and had just a light sweater. However, I still saw a lot of folks with jackets! In Canada they’d be in shorts and sandals! *LOL* Ah, did it get up to 70 in Michigan? I hope so, too! Cher xo

Ah, thank you so much! Yes, I do too! It’s been rainy, foggy, and thunderstorms during the past few days! Where is that lovely sunrise? *LOL* Cher xo
