Sunset On Orange Hill

New Mexico Oct 2015

I recall traveling through New Mexico just before sunset.  It was the most incredible scene, as the sun shone its end of day muted orange beams onto orange rock.  I can only try to describe what it felt like to see this natural beauty.  It reminded me of a spotlight on a stage, amplifying the already wonderful scene with extra dimension from the rays.

I think the train must have been moving slower in this area, as this photo seems to have turned out clearer than a number of my photos.  🙂
