At this time of year, the early morning skies over Lake Michigan here in Chicago can take on a rather dreamy appearance. That’s how I felt about this morning’s sunrise. With rather grayish, quilted-like clouds hovering above, the sunrise colors in the sky were much more pleasing to the eye. With its orange and yellow tones, the horizon was a beautiful sight to behold this morning.
