Happy Canadian Thanksgiving From The Chicago Files!

No matter where you find yourself on the planet at this moment, I would like to wish everyone a very “Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!”

This time of year always brings with it such deep and profound meaning. It gives me an opportunity to say how grateful I am for the many blessings that I have. It’s also a great reminder to be thankful and grateful for the little things and the big things we have.

A smile from a passerby, the ‘windshield washer wag’ of a dog on its daily walk, or the beautiful colors that nature provides in all its seasons.

Speaking of nature, I’m so grateful for the photo in this post. My parents were recently out for a walk back in Canada, and they took a photo of this magnificent tree. Thanks to my Mum and Pops for such a perfect example of Mother Nature’s stunning work. I am always grateful for you both.

I am always so incredibly grateful for you, my dear readers. It brings me so much happiness to write my posts, knowing that you take the time to stop by and see what photo or written word I’m sharing today.

Thank you so much! I am extremely grateful for you!

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving, everyone!
