Thank you so much, John! The ice is actually gone now. That was a few weeks ago when it was starting to move around! How’s your weather? Cher xoxoxo

Spring is close! It was in the mid 80s for two days recently, 76 today then 66 tomorrow then temps rising again into the 70s. Great weather before the 100+ heat returns.

Oh, wow! Now, those temperatures are great – except for the 100+! I know you are used to it! LOL

It is unreal, JT! The very first time I saw Lake Michigan was in, well, Michigan! The water was that color, and I couldn’t believe it!

Thank you, Beth! I had a lot of fun that day – waiting for the waves to scoop up some ice so I could take a photo! I can’t even count how many I took until I got this shot! LOL Cher xoxoxo

OMG I am seeing things. I saw in the first crest of the wave in the middle a woman’s face with no hair. The face is kind of blackish and there are two silver white arems joining together. Too Kool unless I am only entertaining myself.

On a different note the restaurant in my home town call Diana sweets was a 1920’s restaurant all original. The unfortunate thing it was gutted and sold to somebody in Buffalo New work. I’m pleased most of it was saved minus the bathroom and the tile floor in the restaurant. Progress they say. I hope you are having a peaceful day. Thinking of you Hugs.

Well, no, you aren’t just entertaining yourself, my friend! Wait! Unless I was doing the same! Hahaha I see quite a few shapes that look like faces, too!

Thanks so much for finding out about the restaurant in your home town, Joseph! Yes, there’s that idea of progress!

I love original tile floors, even if they are in a bit of (or a lot of) disrepair! When you walk on it, you can picture who was also walking on the same floor 100 years ago! What a shame!

I don’t know if you have ever heard this before, but the original “Maple Leaf Gardens” in Toronto has been gone forever; however, it is now a grocery store and they have a wee plaque on the floor marking where center ice was when the Toronto Maple Leafs played there! I saw it once, and just like my tile story, I was glad to at least see this tribute to hockey!

I hope the same for you, my friend! Love, Cher xoxoxo
