I have seen them compete in the past. They are awesome at swimming. This post made me laugh outloud as a Canadian can. Needed the laught this morning to start my day. Bravo!
LOL They are, aren’t they? Awh, thank YOU, Joseph! You just made my day! Cher xoxoxo
Haha! You’ve got that right, Cher! Thanks for the morning giggle…or should I say, gaggle!
Well done, Chris, well done! LOL Since I can’t get “The Weather Network” south of the border here, I don’t know if you are showing any weather/Olympic-related stories! However, I’ll see if I can “synchronize” these geese to do a repeat Olympic performance in your Canadian neck of the woods!
Thank you, Chris! Cher xoxoxo
LOL, Cher
LOL, Don! Cher xoxoxo
I’ve seen these guys way down here many times, even flying over my house at night! I wonder if they all have a passport…
LOL LOL I think there should be some kind of checkpoint over your house, John! LOL Cher xoxoxo
Hehe! I just want to know how these large birds can navigate at night!
LOL I think it is the honking! They are listening for the ‘lead goose!’ No, seriously, I think that’s how they do that! Cher xoxoxo
That’s a lot of responsibility for the lead honker, Cher, one wrong turn could cause the entire squad to crash. 🤭
Yikers! “the lead honker” – LOL *still laughing* LOL
Thanks! ❤️
ducks in a row

eider way that is!
I love it, my haiku friend! Well done and thank you so much! Please come back tomorrow, as I have a post that I think will also relate to your poem! Cher xoxoxo
Ha ha. I love it. They’re good a flying in formation, too!
Ha ha! Yes, they sure are, aren’t they? LOL Thanks, Michelle! Cher xoxoxo
I thought of you this morning as I was watching the Olympic canoeing. A flock (or is that a gaggle?) of Canada Geese were on the water cheering on the Canadian boats!
That’s so cool, Michelle! Thank you for thinking of me when you saw them! Chris Murphy posted a comment on this thread and referred to a “gaggle” so I think that’s the correct term. “Flock” sounds better, I think! LOL Cher xoxoxo
Go geese go!’
Yay! Thank you, JT! Cher xoxoxo
