I remember the very first time I visited downtown and saw it. It was dyed Green!
Chicago really knew how to reflect St Patrick’s Day that week!

LOL Yes, they sure did! LOL Did you know that they use a vegetable dye to turn the water green? It is not harmful to fish or aquatic life.
