Nice picture of a favorite flower. Never understood why the word pansy became a noun depicting weakness. The pansy is one of the toughest flowers. It stands much colder weather than most any others.

Thank you so much, Don! I didn’t know that about pansies, but it sure makes sense. Let’s say the pansy shows strength where others fear to tread. 🙂 Cher xoxoxo

A picture is worth a thousand words and this one does not disappoint.

On another note, we’re almost at the end of allergy awareness month so I thought this would be a good time to mention my daughter’s recently published bilingual children’s book about a girl, Mirai, who teaches her classmates about the importance of using an EpiPen. She shows them this during her Show and Tell presentation. Please see the book trailer and please share with your family and friends. 😊

It would be great if you could forward her book page to friends and family with kids and/or grandkids, teachers, nurses, etc
We would love to see this book in libraries, daycares, schools and clinics worldwide
Thank you for your support. ❤

That’s wonderful to hear, Denise! Definitely an excellent topic for children to learn more about! I wish her the very best of luck and tons of energy coming her way! Cher xoxoxo

I love seeing a familiar flower in an unfamiliar color. Not so common in California or New York (where I am now) where there are yellow and purple, or white pansies. I see you love purple flowers as I do. My goal is to have flower gardens again, after living in a studio apartment in Manhattan!

Why thank you so much! I didn’t know that. I’m going to have to ask my parents a question about pansies (they are back in Canada where I am from). I seem to recall they had black pansies along with other assorted colors. The black pansies were beautiful. Ah, well I certainly hope you get to have flower gardens again!

I’m in a condo so I know precisely what you mean! Thank you so much for your lovely comments! Cher xoxoxo
