Moonrise Over Lake Michigan: Water-Colored Sky

The skypainter certainly created a lovely moonrise last night over Lake Michigan.

The clouds were wispy and light which allowed for a very nice accompaniment to the ‘almost’ full moon (which will appear on Wednesday, September 1st/2020.)

Let’s hear it for gentle skies!

I hope your Monday is off to a light, water-colored kind of week!

Awww! The silver lining in every cloud put there by the moon. There is one thing the moon can’t do is to put demo tapes there. Cher has to do that LOL

Thank you, Erika! It does, doesn’t it? I have never seen the sky look quite like that before. Everything aligned nicely and I’m grateful to have taken some photos of it to share! Cher xo

Lovely colours! I am amused at how different the scene looks with the Moon rising, compared to a sunrise! A different perspective!
