Talk about the ‘wow’ factor! My dear friend and fellow blogger, Michelle over at Boomer Eco Crusader has graciously allowed me to post her amazing photos!
Michelle recently took these stunning sunset pictures over Lake Huron near Goderich, Ontario Canada. Goderich is located on the eastern shore of Lake Huron, just west of Kitchener Ontario.
Goderich is a small, picturesque town (actually, its motto is: “Canada’s Prettiest Town.”)
It’s really wonderful to see photos of other “Great Lakes,” especially when I see the sunrises over Lake Michigan, and Michelle’s photos are of sunsets over Lake Huron!
Can you name all of the “Great Lakes?”
Wow, absolutely gorgeous!
I want to thank Michelle so much for allowing me to share these beautiful photos with you!
Please pop over to Boomer Eco Crusader where she shares incredible information and practical ideas about recycling, the environment, sustainability, and a lot more! Michelle’s ideas show us how every single person can help (literally) save the planet! When I first read how much plastic we use and what it is doing to our environment (and this is literally from Michelle’s website,) I stopped using plastic straws, cut back on plastic grocery bags, etc.
I hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday on this, the 9th of August (already?)
Thank you so much for sharing my photos Cher and for plugging my blog. ❤️

The clouds are very dramatic and beautiful sunset but I must say there is nothing like the sunsets in Western British Columbia Canada. That one sunset I saw made people speechless littered on a beach. You could not even hear a child cry or a dog bark. The colors were soft with pink, yellow, white rose. blue and probably more colors that I am not remebering, the water changed to purple. I was speechless. It was truly the most beautiful moment that nature had to offer. Not to take away from your sunset but the sunset in BC are littered with demo tapes. You should move here LOL

There’s a handy mnemonic I learned back in grammar school to remember the Great Lakes: HOMES (Huron, Ontario, Michigan, Erie, Superior). Great pictures!
