Thursday’s Sunrise: Lighting Lake Michigan

This morning’s sunrise made its mark on Lake Michigan, no matter how many layers of clouds it had to get through!

I love it when the sunlight shines a spotlight on the lake. Determined to shed some light on the water, it certainly made for a beautiful start to the day.

I hope you are having a lovely day wherever you are today!

Another beautiful sunrise for you, Cher! I see that the Great Lakes are at a very high level now.

Thank you, John! Oh yes, they sure are! It’s quite daunting to see the waves reported swelling to 10 feet (or more.) 😦 Cher xo

Look out, they are going to get ya Cher! I’d love to see them. The Great Lakes are as rough as any ocean.

Cloudy today with a chance of cloudier in the Peg. Guess that’s why they changed our license plates from Sunny Manitoba to Friendly Manitoba. Soon we’ll be WINTERpeg ManiSNOWba. lol

Ah, you know the sun is on its way, Maman Williams! LOL Did they? Really? Now, “WINTERpeg” and “ManiSNOWba” do sound reasonable though! πŸ˜‰ Merci beaucoup! Cher xo

Isn’t it cool, Erika? And now nearing the sunset, there are some drifting clouds, but none of them look like the ones from this morning! Thank you, my dear! Cher xo
