You mean I actually stumped you, John? Wow, I’m writing this down! LOL It’s outside the CIBC Theater at Madison and State. Now, I’m not sure what it was before; however, believe it or not, CIBC stands for, “Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.” I am positive most Chicagoans have no idea! Cher xo
