Lake Michigan: Storm’s a Brewin’

I took this photo a few days ago! I must say when I saw this cloud monstrosity glide past my window it sure looked scary.  It moved rather slowly across Lake Michigan, and seemed to resemble some sort of animal, monster, etc.

Thank goodness the storm was much more tame than this photo would suggest.  Nonetheless, I’m glad I was able to get a picture of it to show you! Can you see how large it was compared to the lake and trees?

Here’s to a terrific Tuesday without the cloud creatures looming about!

out here in the country it’s flat. Except for the forest in back of me I can see quite a ways. When it storms occasionally I’ll see these scary clouds hauling ass across the sky. They’re even worse when they’re only a few hundred feet off the ground.

It’s a giant fish! I do like summer storms as it breaks up the humidity. Glad it wasn’t too bad.
