I can understand the church perspective. Honestly, I find dogs really irritating these days, my home is pet-free. I’ve had two run-ins with the neighbours dog. One more time, I’ll be calling the police and animal control.

Hi John, Although this is “Wordless Wednesday” I actually wanted to explain more about the sign. This is actually a ‘reading room’ for a religious organization. However, it is only open on Wednesday evenings and Sunday. Not once in all of the years I have lived here (and I’m close to this building) have I ever seen one car in the parking lot. What I have seen are a couple of people with their dogs. In a crowded city such as ours, sometimes space is at a premium to have dogs play with others. So I’m extremely annoyed at these folks for taking such a stance. I’m an extreme animal lover so I guess this makes me extra sensitive. But in the case of your area, I do understand if pet owners aren’t keeping them on leashes when they are out and about. Cher xo

Dogs in Gods parking lot are expected to take a vow of silence too? Talk about a car park on a short leash.
