Sunday Serenity: Send in the Clouds!

It’s not often that I see spectacularly reflected sunlight at dusk over Lake Michigan.  Usually the sky painter is up early in the morning producing beautiful sunrises at this time of year.  However, the clouds were moving very quickly (can you see a few white edges above the trees? – those are waves crashing on the shore) and the sunset colored the cloud’s edges in the most beautiful shade of pink.

About three minutes after I took this picture last night, everything turned grey.  I suppose the sky painter was calling it a night. 🙂

I hope you are having a serene and colorful Sunday!

Looks like rain which we got here overnight. A severe T Storm warning was issued overnight. Happy Sunday!

Oh you got rain? How is it today, John? Interestingly enough, we didn’t get rain and the clouds are gone today for the most part! But I’ll be watching for rain now! LOL Cher xo

What’s west generally comes toward you way up there. It smells good, miss it!
