Tuesday Shares: Sunrise, Lake Michigan: Sky Flames!

Talk about an eye opener! This morning I woke up to see this phenomenal ‘flames in the sky’ scene over Lake Michigan.

As I reached for my phone to take some photos, I realized there was no charge; it had drained overnight.

Quickly, I plugged it in for about a minute or two, snapped a couple of pics, and sure enough the sky began to change; grey clouds replaced the pink and orange streaks that had permeated the sky just moments before.

Thanks to the ‘sky painter’ who allowed me to get a pic of this stunning sunrise to share with you today!

I hope you have a wonderful day that is filled with special moments!

I saw it change quickly looking outside the kitchen window. I was on a work call and was hoping up there looking too.

Beautiful sky! Rain here this morning in Phoenix, so no sunrise. It’s much needed, though, and a wet week has been forecast. Mighty unusual here.

Why thank you, John! Oh did it? Yes, I recall about a year ago you had some torrential downpours; something unusual there as you mentioned! Cher xoxoxo

A beautiful sunrise, wow! Well done, Cher. It’s 48 at the moment, sunny and 61 in Vegas today but super windy!

You need to be so fast. The colors fad or change very quickly! But you were there just in time!

Totally! These days, at the time I am in the kitchen before I am leaving for work, the sun has the perfect level to create such beautiful and colorful paintings in the sky, just in front of my eyes… phone at hands… lol

Thank you, Michelle! It surely was, wasn’t it? I really see how clouds play such an interesting ‘part’ when the sun’s rays meet them at varying angles and depth! Cher xoxoxo
