Many Americans and Canadians in my view, have English genes as I do. So proud of this, I love the UK. πŸ₯°πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Me too, John!! I did one of those “23 & Me” genetic tests a couple of years ago. It won’t surprise you then that almost my entire genetic makeup is from the UK and a portion from Norway. πŸ™‚ Cher xo

There is a demo tape in one of those figures. You just have to go inside and find it.

This is absolutely hilarious, Joseph! Little did you know that they have a company in California by that name and they sell ladders! LOL LOL πŸ˜‰ The drunken auto correct elves are very good friends with the ‘line gremlins’ (a.k.a. the internet line is down yet again!) xoxo

I think many of us forget to look up when we’re out and about, Cher. There is so much we’re missing by not looking up. I wonder if that light fitting is as old as the hotel?

That is so true, isn’t it, Hugh? I tend to always look either down or forward! I’m so glad I looked up when visiting this hotel last year! That is a very good question! If I can find the answer, I’ll most definitely report back! It certainly looks like it to me! Thank you, Hugh! Cher xo

I wouldn’t like to be the maintenance person who has to change any of those light-bulbs, Cher. It looks very high up there.

I most certainly agree, dear Hugh! In fact, Joseph’s comment on this thread prompted me to mention that the ceilings are very high, just as you said! I just read that some of the ceilings are 29 feet high (almost nine meters!) And there must be some dear soul who is responsible for the light-bulb changes! It would not be me! I enjoy heights from the ground! LOL LOL Thank you, Hugh! Cher xoxo
