Isn’t that funny, John? When I walked past it that’s the first thing I thought. Then I thought, “Is there someone in there?” *teasing* Cher xo

Maybe it’s the tooth that needs to be pulled in my skull? Got a bad one…

Absolutely beautiful. Such ice sculptures created by nature. I am glad you are doing fine. Even over here we heard about that record cold.

They are! Thank you, dear Erika! It did? Wow, that is surprising to me but I do realize this is not typical weather for this area. I do have some guilt knowing that so many of my fellow western Canadians go through this every January and February. I have experienced cold much deeper than what we had here this week but it sure wasn’t pleasant!! Cher xo

Yes, you may be more used to that from your Canadian home. Chicago is known for excessive winter attacks but this cold is more than unusual even for them. Very dangerous in many ways! I am glad you are good and I heard the temps have already risen into the 40s yesterday.

I plan on showcasing some of your photos of Lake Michigan’s winter art on air on The Weather Network, Cher! Thanks for sharing, they are amazing!

Hi Chris! Oh that is fantastic! Thank you so much! Really appreciate it! I’ll tell my folks and fellow Canucks to watch for them, as they see you every weekday morning! Thanks, Chris!! Cher xo

And here in Cornwall, the village shut down when we had two or three inches of snow. And everyone went right out and ran their cars off the road.

Oh my goodness, really Ellen? I daresay they wouldn’t know what to do if they experienced weather such as this or the weather in Western Canada!! Cher xo

They’d go into shock. I’ll admit to thinking, sometimes, that telling horrifying tales of Minnesota winters is an acceptable winter sport.

They would, wouldn’t they? LOL Well interestingly, Don Ostertag has also made a comment about Minnesota, as that is where he lives! Thank you, Ellen! Cher xo
