Winter Has Arrived In The Windy City!

**Please note:  My first ‘official’ recording on The Chicago Files (approx. 50 seconds) is above this message and it relates to today’s post!

I think this might just be the first sign of winter here in Chicago!  With snow gently placed on Yew bushes, it is beginning to look like the colder temperatures have arrived!

And I for one am quite pleased!  I tend to associate snow with this time of year, so a little ‘dusting’ on branches is perfect (okay, I’m sure there is more snow to follow, but you know what I mean)!

I hope you have a magical, delightful day!

Love the quote, Cher. Reminds me a little of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. I hope the snow didn’t get into your wardrobe, and that there’s no snowman hiding in there. ☃️
    Enjoy the snow.

Oh, yes, please. We’ve just come out of a cold snap with the arrival of storm Diana. She brought 70mph gusts of wind, heavy rain, and temperatures in the upper 50s. We need some of that snow to make December feel festive, Cher.

Have you, Hugh? I hadn’t heard about the storm. Oh my goodness, that sounds like a terribly nasty storm! Consider it done! I’ll get that snow order placed right away!! Cher xo

Thank you so much, Hilary! I am hoping to get some pictures of the bean with snow on it. At this very moment it is pouring rain! I cannot even see Lake Michigan! Cher xo
