Thursday’s Sunrise: Rolling In!

I don’t know what type of clouds these are, but they sure looked interesting!  They seemed to be in some sort of ‘tube’ pattern.  It is difficult to see in the picture, but they kept rolling across Lake Michigan, almost competing for ‘air space’ with the less intimidating-looking clouds.

I love the mixture of dark and light; to me, it makes a nice sky contrast.

I hope your Thursday is filled with colorful moments like those that the sky painter provided this morning!

    Perhaps it’s a Roll Cloud. A long tubular cloud. Another beautiful photo, Cher. ❤️

    I like it too but looks like might lead to strata clouds and gloomy rain.
