Monday, Monday: Sunrise Reprise

There haven’t been many ‘interesting’ sunrises lately.  I know that the best and most colorful sunrises seem to be in the Fall and early Winter.  I needed a bit of inspiration to get the week going (it’s still hot and humid here in Chicago), so I thought I’d post this ‘oldie but a goodie’ sunrise picture.  I took it last Fall, I believe.  I like it because the colors are soft and muted, almost dream-like.  A good way to ease into the week!

I hope your Monday is off to a great start, and hopefully in a teeny-tiny way this pic helped with that!

Over here too. The most colorful sunrises happen in winter and fall. But the sunsets are beautiful all year long. I envy you for view on sunrises over Lake Michigan.
