Rocky Mountain Moments!

On the way to Los Angeles a week and a half ago, I snapped a few pics of the incredible scenery outside of the airplane window.  With the clouds rolling quickly by I was able to get some good shots of (I think?) the Rocky Mountains below.  To me, the sprinkling of snow looks like powdered sugar!

When you see such vastness from this perspective, it’s hard to realize how gigantic and broad these mountains really are, isn’t it?

L.A. pics to come this week! I have some cool photos to show you!

I hope your Monday is gliding along smoothly!

I so much enjoy your photographs. Because of my low vision I can only see things on my Android. It is truly my window to the world. I always enjoy your photographs and your ability to capture the subtleties of color, shape and composition. This is a real treat for me. The unique color of a morning glory bloom, captured in a photograph, floods my mind with memories and inspiration. So keep those photos coming, Cher!👍👍

Ah, bless you, dear Tom! You have no idea what your wonderful comments mean to me. I volunteered at a center for blind and low vision folks for about 5 years. And recently a family member lost an eye to cancer. I truly appreciate your kind and thoughtful words more than you know. With huge hugs and appreciation, Cher xo

Thank you for your volunteer service! You are a hero! A swarm of wonderful angels is exactly what each of us needs as we pass through life’s trying times. As you know everyone wants to get “back on their feet” and your caring and helping hand makes that possible. Best wishes to your family member recovering from cancer and it’s challenges.👊

Why thank you so much, Tom! Your words are so kind and thoughtful. I agree; we all need a swarm of wonderful angels indeed! Why yes, and as each one of us gets “back on our feet” from time to time, it is a welcoming thought to know there are those who care and who wish only to be of service. I always appreciate assistance for others, so I feel it important to give back. Thank you also so much for your kind wishes for my family member who is working through those challenges. Bless you, dear Tom! Cher xo Oh, wait, Tom, is there anything you would like me to take a photo of for you? It would be an honor to take some pics here in Chicago for you and I can post them and tag you!

You are so kind! I once spent an entire day wandering around Chicago’s Miracle Mile. Chicago is such a magnificent City and I must say Michigan Avenue in springtime is a sight to behold… not to mention all of the historical areas.👍👍

Oh did you, Tom? Yes, it really is quite something, isn’t it? I too love the historical areas! And there is so much history here in Chicago, that’s for sure!! Cher xo

I’ve been to Chicago many many times and I love it! For us music lovers it’s the home of Chess Records and Mercury records and when New Orleans gave birth to the Blues and jazz they immediately migrated to Chicago! LOL! And don’t get me started on baseball! Chicago also has a huge heart because of its diverse and wonderful population.👍🎶⚾👍

Oh have you, Tom? Yes, you are correct! LOL Well that is extremely flattering of you to say about Chicago! I’m a Chicago Blackhawks fan and the captain of the team is from Winnipeg which is very cool! Cher xo
