Monday Sunrise: What a Beaut!

Now this sunrise certainly starts the week of in an excellent way, don’t you think?  Just before the sun began to show itself this morning, I could tell the sunrise was going to morph into something absolutely lovely!  The streaky clouds and hints of pink sky were great clues as to what the sky painter had planned next!

I hope you are off to a wonderful start of the week!

Another home run by the sky painter, Cher! Question, each photo has what looks like a boat in about the same place. Is this a permanent structure used for aids to navigation? In Port Huron, Michigan, there is a large permanent offshore structure to aid the big Ore ships and others.

Great question, John! It’s actually a water intake system, as we get our drinking water from Lake Michigan! Now I wonder if we have one of those like Michigan has. Hhmmmmm Cher xo
