Thursday’s Sunrise: Yellow Band

Well isn’t this a lovely sunrise!  When I took this photo about an hour ago, the yellow “band” across the sky appeared to have an etched glass periphery.  It doesn’t look that way in the photo; nonetheless, I think it’s quite lovely!  The pink clouds are a charming accompaniment, don’t you think?
